Every order comes with a 30-day return and refund guarantee. You can claim a return, refund, or replacement within 30 days of receiving your items
Yoziss currently ships small and medium-sized orders via international couriers.

If you have any problems, please email our Service Center at contact@yoziss.com for assistance.
You can return the faulty item to our warehouse after confirming the correct address with our Customer Service at contact@yoziss.com. Once we receive and inspect the item, our Customer Service will issue a full or partial refund within 1-2 business days. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping costs, including the initial shipping cost for sending you the item.
If you have yet to receive your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company for further information. Yes, Yoziss’s shooting glasses are anti-fog & anti-scratch, offering excellent optical clarity. Additionally, the UV400 feature ensures the safety glasses block 99.9% of harmful UV rays.

The frame of our shooting safety glasses has a certain elasticity, and the soft nose pad helps ensure a steady and secure fit. To prevent them from sliding off, we recommend keeping the nose pad dry and using an elastic rope for additional security.
Yoziss safety glasses are designed for daily eye protection and cannot accommodate magnifying vision. Additionally, we do not recommend wearing these glasses over prescription glasses.
